The 90-Minute Rule Explained

Human sleep does not happen in one flat, continuous state. Instead, your brain cycles through different stages of sleep—from light sleep to deep sleep, and finally to REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. On average, one complete sleep cycle takes exactly 90 minutes.
